Ex-Chelsea and Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte is keen on joining a “historical club” in a “top, top league”, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian has been linked with replacing Michael Carrick at Man Utd, and comments he made in an interview earlier this week added fuel to the fire that he would take the hot seat at Old Trafford if it were offered to him. Speaking on his YouTube channel about the manager’s current situation, Romano said:
“Antonio Conte is sending you a clear message. Some of you are already asking me about Manchester United and what can happen. What I can tell you is that Antonio Conte is absolutely ready to restart.”
“Antonio Conte left Napoli in the summer and Antonio Conte would be ready to restart. He rejected approaches from Saudi Arabia. He rejected approaches from Turkey because he wanted to go to a historical club and in a top, top league.”
“Then let us see what is going to happen. At the moment, it is the intention from Antonio Conte. We will see all the rest.”
What are the odds of Carrick losing his job?
Ahead of the game against Tottenham on Saturday night, the 45-year-old has replaced Roberto De Zerbi as the likeliest Premier League manager to leave his post.
Bookmakers are currently placing odds between 5/2 and 9/4 on Carrick being sacked by United. Of course, these prices will be impacted massively by the Spurs result.
Is Conte a contender to become the next Man Utd manager?
The Premier League-winning coach is in the top 5 names to replace Carrick if the Red Devils do opt for a change in the dugout.
Former Newcastle boss Eddie Howe, Brighton head coach Fabian Hurzeler, ex-Germany and Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann, as well as Kieran McKenna are the other candidates currently in the frame.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
