Lianozovsky Park invitations everybody to attend free yoga courses. This system for freshmen is led by teacher Maria Loginova.
Lessons are held each Tuesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 16:00 on the dance ground. You need to have snug garments, a sports activities mat and water with you.
