Updates On Matthijs De Ligt And 2 Other Players

Man Utd head coach Ruben Amorim says that Matthijs de Ligt’s fitness is being assessed “day by day”.

The Dutchman played the full 90 minutes during the 2-1 win over Crystal Palace last month but he was not in the matchday squad for the two subsequent fixtures against West Ham and Wolves.

Amorim has suggested that de Ligt is still carrying a knock:

“I don’t know, sometimes you have an idea then you have to see day by day. I’m not going to say when he is coming back.”
